Latisha has been working for me for approximately 2 years. She comes every other Friday consistently and reliably.
Her honesty is exceptional. I often have cash or credit cards laying on my table and I have never ever had any money or cards missing. Never! None of my valuables have ever been broken or missing. I am an elderly person so this is very important to me.
Her house cleaning skills are also exceptional. I have used other cleaning services in the past - none of them is as efficient as she is. Moving furniture to clean under beds and chairs. Cleaning inside glass cabinets of crystal and other fragile memorabilia. Cleaning inside kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Cleaning bathrooms are perfect. Cleaning my teenage grandson's living areas is also done perfectly - even my grandson is thrilled because she never touches his valuables like football cards.
BUT - this is a HUGE benefit to me!!!! I am elderly with worsening respiratory and cardiac health problems. I live alone. My ability to do many normal household tasks is severely limited. Every time she comes she completes every "miscellaneous" task I need. She does dishes that may have not been done for many days. She does all the laundry - including for my grandsons who change clothes 2 and 3 times a day (haha). She cuts down my cardboard boxes for the trash - and I mean a lot of them because I am homebound so I do all my shopping online. She puts things away for me since I am chairbound often. She lifts heavy boxes for me. She has cleaned and logically organized all my closets. She has groomed and walked my dog during times when I could not do it.
Most importantly to me - she is a companion. Again for people who have health problems resulting in being homebound or chairbound that is a huge blessing for me!!!! We talk while she is working in the same room I am. I never have company so her companionship is a life saver for me. Literally a life saver because her time here gives me something to look forward to, it gives me a friend whom I am comfortable talking about anything with, a person who many days just spends hours “listening” to me.

I hired this cleaning service for a move-in cleaning for my 1B1B apartment, and overall, I'm very satisfied. Booking was quick and easy, and arrival was right on time, which I really appreciated during a hectic moving process.
The apartment looked and smelled noticeably fresher afterward. They did a solid job on the main areas—floors were vacuumed and mopped, the bathroom was wiped down, and the kitchen surfaces were cleaned. It wasn't what I'd call a "deep clean" (e.g., some corners or inside the oven weren't touched), but to be fair, the price reflects that. You can get a deep clean for a higher price though. You definitely get what you pay for—and for the rate, I think they did a great job.
If you're looking for a budget-friendly cleaning before a move, and don't need every nook and cranny scrubbed, this is a great option. I'd use them again!
